2007년도 최초의 미스터리 서클 발견!

2007년도 최초의 미스터리 서클(영국명 Crop Circle)이 네덜란드에서 발견되었습니다.



서클이 만들어진 날: 2007년3월12~13일(추정)
서클이 발견된 날:    2007년3월13일
서클이 발견된 위치: 네덜란드 교외의 Hoeven이라는 초지(草地)

상세한 내용은 아래와 같습니다.

직경 7m 정도의 커다란 원이 하나,
그 주변으로 직경 1m 정도의 위성원(衛星圓) 두 개가 마치 귀처럼 배치되어 있다.
모든 원들은 좌측 방향으로 소용돌이 치듯이 그려져 있다.

Peter van den Broeke reports that on the afternoon of March 12th
피터 반 덴 브로크(Peter van den Broeke)의 보고에 의하면 지난 3월12일 오후,

his son,　Robbert (who over the past 14 years has witnessed many crop circles forming) had a very strong feeling that "something" was about to occur. 
그의 아들 로버트(14세. 지금까지 몇 차례나 미스터리 서클이 만들어지는 광경을 목격한 바 있음)가 뭔가가 일어나고 있는 것 같다는 강한 느낌을 받았다.

In the past when Robbert has experienced this sensation
로버트는 이전에도 이번과 같은 감각을 경험한 적이 있었는데,

a new crop formation has occurred somewhere near Hoeven,
그것은 Hoeven에서 가까운 어딘가에 새로운 서클이 만들어지고 있을 때의 감각이었다.

after which the sensation disappears.
그 감각은 곧 사라졌으나,

This time he told his parents that the feeling was exceptionally strong
로버트는 부모에게 이번에는 특별히 더 강력한 감각이었다고 말하고는

and he therefore went out on his bike to see if he could find a new circle. 
자전거를 타고 새로운 서클을 찾아 나섰다.

(그러나 새로운 서클은 발견되지 않았고...)

Returning home in the late afternoon the sensation continued,
로버트는 오후 늦게 일단 집으로 돌아왔으나, 다시금 그 감각이 계속되는 것을 느꼈다.

in spite of the fact that he had found no new formation.
새로운 서클은 발견되지 않았는데...

At about 9:30 pm on the night of March 12th, 
그리고 3월12일 밤 9시30분 무렵,

while sitting on the living room couch wide awake, 
거실의 카우치 소파 위에 앉아있던 로버트는 갑자기 눈을 크게 뜨며

Robbert suddenly experienced a "vision," in which he clearly saw a new crop circle being formed. 
비전(Vision)을 체험했다. 그 중에 그는 미스터리 서클이 만들어지는 것을 분명히 보았다고 증언했다.
